Liberty London's 2026 Beauty Advent Calendar costs £285 and contains products worth over £1,300 — with 20 calendars hiding golden ticket vouchers worth £1,000 each. The retailer opened sales early this year, and it is not alone: Space NK, Sephora, John Lewis and Benefit have all launched waitlists ahead of the Christmas season.
The pattern repeats every year. Beauty advent calendars sell out fast, and the strongest-value boxes disappear within days. Sephora's calendar has sold out within days of launch for the last four years, according to the retailer, and Space NK's edition is widely expected to do the same when it arrives online and in-store on 10th September.
Here is what has launched so far, what it costs, and what buyers get.
The luxury anchors
Liberty London Beauty Advent Calendar — £285, worth over £1,300, 25 windows. The box holds 29 products, 21 of them full-sized. Twenty calendars contain hidden £1,000 Liberty vouchers.
Diptyque Advent Calendar — £420, 25 windows, available for preorder with launch on 8th October. The design is inspired by a wood turner's toolbox and concertinas outward, and the brand positions it as reusable for storage. Contents mix new festive scents and original icons across candles, hand and body products, and fragrance. No worth value, as much of the content is exclusive to the calendar.
Jo Malone London 25 Day Fragrance Advent Calendar — £375, worth £597, waitlist open. Housed in a tartan trunk-style box, it contains colognes, home scents, and bath and body products in existing and new festive scents, plus a mystery limited-edition fragrance.

John Lewis calls it the biggest calendar it has ever produced: 41 products, half full-size, from Elemis, Medik8, Jo Loves, Aveda and Sisley. It includes a Foreo Mini UFO device worth £129, which uses LED light therapy, heating and sonic pulsations. One in every 41 calendars contains an additional mystery prize such as a Shark tool voucher or a Clarins spa treatment.
