Middle East-based distributor and operator Extravaganza Beauty has acquired Roja London, the luxury fragrance brand founded by master perfumer Roja Dove. The two companies announced the deal on Friday. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition hands ownership of one of Britain's most recognizable upscale perfume houses to a regional operator with deep distribution roots in the Gulf, historically a key market for high-end fragrance.

Roja Dove built his eponymous brand on prestige positioning and high-price-point compositions sold through luxury retailers. Extravaganza Beauty's background as a distributor and operator suggests the deal aims to strengthen the brand's route to market in the Middle East rather than reshape its creative direction.

Neither company disclosed the purchase price. No leadership changes were announced alongside the transaction.

The move reflects continued consolidation in the niche fragrance segment, where regional distributors increasingly seek ownership stakes in the prestige brands they sell, trading distribution margins for equity in brands with global potential.
