Ariana Biermann has a one-word review of her latest treatment: "obsessed." The 25-year-old Next Gen NYC star left the comment — with three exclamation points — on an Instagram post from her injector, Kori Butler of Velour Medical NYC, who shared before-and-after photos of Biermann's skin after a round of SKINVIVE by Juvéderm.
What did she actually get?
In the caption, Butler says she used the treatment to soften fine smile lines and accordion lines — the creases that fan out when you smile — by deeply hydrating the skin with hyaluronic acid microdroplets.
SKINVIVE is injected just beneath the skin's surface to add hydration and help improve texture. It is a skin booster rather than a traditional filler. Instead of adding volume or reshaping the face, it is designed to improve the quality of the skin itself. That is why it is often called an injectable moisturizer, and it took home Best Injectable Moisturizer in the 2026 NewBeauty Awards.
The regulatory picture matters here. SKINVIVE is FDA-approved to improve skin smoothness of the cheeks in adults 21 and older, and as of this summer, it is also approved for horizontal neck lines.
How long do results last?
Results typically last about six months, according to NewBeauty's earlier reporting. Mild redness, swelling or tenderness at the injection sites is common afterward.
Because the product is placed so superficially, it helps to book a consultation with an experienced provider who can walk you through whether a skin booster, a filler or something else is the better fit for your lines. That distinction is the whole decision.
What is Biermann's filler history?
Biermann has never been shy about sharing what she has tried, including what she would skip. In a January 2025 TikTok, she warned followers off chin filler after getting a "chin shadow" that she later had dissolved multiple times.
"Allow this to be your sign: Don't do it," she said.
She was equally upfront with People last summer about her lip filler history, saying she was on her "third time bringing them back and trying not to do them too much."
She has not sworn off injectables altogether. She has turned to Velour Medical for traditional filler before — options include Belotero, Juvéderm and Restylane — though she did not say which she received.
What she did share was her philosophy.
"I'm all for natural beauty, but honestly for me, a little plump with filler just feels like an extension of that," she wrote in an Instagram caption in June of last year.
"I'm not looking to change my face, just to soften the smile lines that have always made me feel self-conscious," she continued. "Just a subtle enhancement. It's more about feeling confident in my own skin than chasing that perfect look."
What does this say about the skin-booster category?
A reality star publicly choosing hydration over volume is a small but telling data point. With FDA approval now covering cheeks and neck lines, and results on a six-month clock, SKINVIVE sits squarely in the growing market for treatments that refine skin rather than reshape it. Biermann's verdict, three exclamation points included, suggests the category has found its celebrity pitch.
