Rare Beauty and Béis sold out their first limited-edition collaboration in under an hour in 2025, according to the companies — and founders Selena Gomez and Shay Mitchell are back with a second, larger drop launching Monday on both brands' websites.
The new collection expands from three travel and beauty accessories to an eight-piece assortment spanning luggage, travel essentials and color cosmetics.
"Working with Shay again feels especially meaningful because our first collaboration was rooted in genuine friendship and a shared connection with our communities," said Gomez, founder of Rare Beauty, in a statement to WWD. "This collection is about confidence and self-expression, and it reflects what we both care about: giving people something that helps them show up as their best selves."
What's in the collection?
The line arrives in a new raspberry shade called "limitless" and covers a wide price range:
- Béis Carry-On — $278
- Medium Check-In Roller — $348
- Large Check-In Roller — $378
- Mini Weekender — $118
- Small, medium and large cosmetic pouches — $34 to $74
Rare Beauty adds a $32 Limitless Cheek & Lip Set created specifically for the collaboration. The set pairs full sizes of the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush and the Positive Light Luminizing Lip Gloss.
Why the founders reunited
Mitchell, head of creative and design at Béis, framed the partnership as a founder-to-founder creative exchange.
"One of the best parts of this partnership has been getting to build alongside another founder with such a clear point of view," Mitchell said in a statement. "Selena has created a brand that feels so distinctly her. We both care about creating things that feel personal, useful and true to the communities we've built, so bringing our worlds together again has been really special."
Gomez and Mitchell appear together in the campaign imagery.
Where the partnership goes next
The collaboration extends beyond product. Béis will make a donation to the annual Rare Impact Fund Benefit and host an on-site gifting activation featuring the new collection at the event.
With an eight-piece range, a dedicated cosmetics set and a charity tie-in, the second drop signals both brands' intent to turn a one-hour sellout into a repeatable franchise rather than a one-off stunt.
