Pamela Anderson ended her makeup hiatus at Milan Fashion Week with a Cleopatra-style eye by the Pat McGrath team, paired with bare skin and her Sonsie routine.

Pamela Anderson made her Milan Fashion Week debut on Tuesday in a Cleopatra-esque beauty look — her first major makeup statement since she declared the end of her high-glam era three years ago.

The "Baywatch" star stepped out in a smoky black shadow ringed with eyeliner, crafted by the Pat McGrath team and artist Dmitry Kukushkin. The shadow formed a flat, elongated triangle that traveled over her lids and protruded from her outer corners to the tips of her skinny brows, echoing the silhouette of Cleopatra.

The look referenced Ferragamo's runway: Anderson wore a gold, bubble-hem caftan from the Italian house. But her eyes also tracked beauty's growing affinity for grunge and indie sleaze aesthetics. A generous swipe of dark shadow melted into smudged liner at her inner corners, as if she had just returned from a night at the club.

The rest of her face stayed bare and pale. Her natural freckles formed a scatterplot from one cheekbone to the other. A pale pink gloss subtly embellished her lips, a soft counterpoint to the Gothic glam above.

On Instagram, Anderson shared a behind-the-scenes look at her beauty prep through her vegan skin care line, Sonsie. "I'm convinced skin just looks better raw," she said, explaining her decision to team a bold eye with a naked complexion.

Hair was familiar territory. Longtime stylist John Nollet — the same artist who created her strawberry-ginger look late last year — built bouncy barrel curls à la '50s film actresses. The color remained her usual platinum with a touch of brown at the roots.

Nollet and Anderson collaborated on a similar hairstyle at the 2026 Kering Foundation Caring for Women Dinner earlier in September. There, her curls were teased and combed as if she had slept in them. She also appeared with her platinum bob tousled and tangled at the Tory Burch fall 2026 ready-to-wear show during New York Fashion Week in February. Those messy waves and wispy bangs were her own doing, according to Nollet.

Anderson has freely experimented with cut, color and style in recent years. Makeup has been another story. Since the 2019 death of her longtime makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, she has rarely strayed from a makeup-free visage, fronting a skin-first face instead.

Her routine is simple. Most of the products she uses come from Sonsie, which she re-founded with her two sons, Brandon and Dylan, in January 2024 — about a year after cofounders Marie von Behrens-Felipe and Roberto A. Felipe originally launched the brand.

As previously reported by WWD, her top three products are the Cleansing Mousse, $32; the Super Serum, $64; and the Basic Balm, $22. The "The Last Showgirl" star also uses Sonsie's Multi Moisture Cream, $48, which acts as a "deep hydrating treatment" with ingredients such as glycerin and hyaluronic acid.

The Milan moment suggests Anderson's no-makeup chapter was a phase, not a permanent position — and that when she returns to color, she does it with a Pat McGrath-caliber team behind her.
